Celta Vigo boss Luis Enrique believes his side are going into the game against Espanyol on Monday in ‘good condition’.
The Celestes face the Periquitos in their opening game of the Liga campaign tomorrow, but the tactician is confident his team can claim their first three points of the season.
“We are in good condition,” he told a Press conference. “But we know Espanyol will be a complicated rival.
“They have a good passing game, but I am pleased with the attitude of my players.
“Tomorrow is the day for us, and I want to see an improved version of what we’ve seen in preseason.
“I am optimistic because I think we have done well in training.”
