Carlo Ancelotti has admitted that Fabio Coentrao will decide his own future after the full-back was linked with a move away from Real Madrid.
Stories have emerged in recent weeks that the Portugal international would like to leave Santiago Bernabeu, with Tottenham said to be interested.
And the Italian tactician has conceded that the player will determine his own future.
“Coentrao is thinking about [his future],” he told reporters.
“The player is the one who has to decide and that is very good.”
Ancelotti also commented on the futurs of Sami Khedira and Angel Di Maria.
“Khedira is staying and with Di Maria there is no problem.
“He is going to stay with us.”
