Jesus, Cheryshev in Madrid’s plans

Carlo Ancelotti is reportedly planning for next season with Denis Cheryshev and Jesus Fernandez as members of the first team squad.

The youngsters are seen as included for 2013-14’s senior squad as part of Madrid’s intended focus on youth for the new season.

Cheryshev, who signed a new contract with the club last week, is reportedly in line as Ancelotti’s first alternative to Marcelo at full-back, with Fabio Coentrao expected to leave.

The left-sided winger and centre-forward has been tested at left-back in preseason and reportedly impressed his Italian Coach enough.

Meanwhile, 25-year-old goalkeeper Jesus is set to benefit from Antonio Adan’s expected departure this summer by taking his place in the squad behind Iker Casillas and Diego Lopez.
