Sevilla winger Diego Perotti has admitted that striker Alvaro Negredo is on his way out of the Sanchez Pizjuan.
Negredo has been linked with move to Manchester City and Atletico Madrid over the past weeks, but Argentine international Perotti [pictured, right] believes it is now inevitable he will follow Jesus Navas to the Etihad Stadium.
“Jesus Navas has gone and it’s hard on us, but I’m happy for him because it was time for him to move on and face new challenges.
“What we are seeing, although nothing has been made official yet, is that it looks as if Alvaro Negredo, another very important player for us, will also be leaving,” he told Cadena Cope.
“We don’t know how things will go as we face the new season with so many major changes, although it’s not exactly a doubt but a new era in which we hope things will go well.”
