Athletic Bilbao have confirmed that they will play Premier League side Cardiff City in preseason later this summer.
Athletic, who will be working under new Coach Ernesto Valverde, have reported via their official website today that they have arranged a meeting with the newly-promoted Premier League team.
Set for August 10 at Cardiff City Stadium, the meeting is Athletic’s third confirmed date of preseason, on from July 13’s match with Bermeo and July 27’s trip to Germany to face Freiburg.
The Basque Country outfit’s players are due to report back for the start of preseason training on July 9.
