Cesc: Brazil is a dream final

Cesc Fabregas has admitted that beating Brazil in the Confederations Cup final would give them confidence going into next year's World Cup.

La Roja face the host nation in Rio on Sunday evening, and the Barcelona midfielder, who missed the semi-final through injury, has admitted that they all want to win.

“These things make you grow as a team and motivate us even more, to tell the truth,” he told AS.

“I think we will really be up for it on Sunday. It’s the dream final.

“None of us have ever played against Brazil and there’s no better game for this generation of players.

“They are the best national team of all time because of everything they’ve won and it would be amazing to beat them.”

The Blaugrana man then commented on his new club teammate Neymar.

“He seems like a good lad. And he’s a great player, he’s unpredictable, desisive, he’s great at dribbling, has a great pass and reads the game well. I like him.”
