Kaka will only leave if…

Ricky Kaka will reportedly only leave Real Madrid if they release him on a free transfer, due to his current cost to other clubs.

The Brazilian’s future will reportedly be determined by newly-appointed Coach Carlo Ancelotti’s final say, but it is seen that the former Ballon d’Or winner will be shipped out this summer, after struggling for form in recent seasons at the Santiago Bernabeu.

However, whilst there is understood to be interest from former side Milan, from a number of Brazilian sides and from the United States, where the player is believed also open to a move, Marca report that his wage demands will not shift.

Currently paid €10m a season on a deal running until June 2015, this salary combined with the 31-year-old’s valuation by Madrid reportedly has him priced out of a transfer.

Subsequently it is alleged that Kaka’s most likely route out of Madrid this summer is through a free transfer, should Los Blancos agree to that.
