Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis has admitted that it is natural for Edinson Cavani to be interested in Real Madrid.
Los Blancos have been heavily linked with a move for the Uruguay international in recent months.
And the owner of the Italian club has conceded that any player would be swayed by the Spanish giants.
“We have a great relationship with Edi. He knows that Napoli is a big stage,” he told a Press conference.
“It is only human nature to be interested when big clubs like Real Madrid, Barcelona or Bayern [Munich] say they are interested.
“But here he can be a prima donna. At Real Madrid he would just be one of many.
“Manchester City are not willing to spend [Cavani's buy-out clause of] €63m on Cavani.”
