Napoli are reportedly interested in trying to include Alvaro Morata and/or Sami Khedira in any move Real Madrid make for Edinson Cavani.
The Italians’ Uruguayan forward is seen as the object of desire for Madrid, Chelsea and Manchester City this summer.
City are reported to have acted first with the Vesuviani, reportedly putting forward two bids for Rafa Benitez’ side to consider.
One of those is a player-plus-cash deal and it is reportedly a similar scenario that Napoli are pushing for from Madrid.
Whilst in Italy they believe that Alvaro Morata is an objective for the Serie A side, Marca have added that midfielder Khedira is also a target that they would be keen to see involved in any offer for Cavani.
Inclusion of one or both would lower the player’s asking price below his current €63m buyout clause.
