Carlo Ancelotti will reportedly be released from his Paris Saint-Germain contract within the next 48 hours, paving the way to Real Madrid.
Reports in Spain today are that the Italian and his agent Ernesto Bronzetti will hold a final round of talks with PSG President Nasser Al-Khelaifi and sporting director Leonardo to reach a resolution.
Ancelotti has one year remaining on his contract at the Parc des Princes outfit, but has requested that he is released in order to accept a reported offer from Madrid to replace Jose Mourinho at the Santiago Bernabeu.
This meeting between the parties is seen as only to iron out the details of the Coach’s exit, with it understood that a basic agreement for his release has already been reached.
