Victor Valdes has followed up his Press conference this week with a brief message to fans intimating next year will be spent at Barcelona.
The goalkeeper is not renewing his contract beyond its June 2014 expiry and during the past week gave his reasons why, as well as intimating that if Barca intend it, he will stay to run down his deal.
On from Barca’s 4-1 win over Malaga on Sunday evening, the 31-year-old took to his Facebook account to make his intentions even clearer.
“See you next year to continue making Barcelona great together. A hug,” wrote Valdes on his official page on the social networking site.
Valdes was only on the bench for Saturday’s final game of the season.
