Thiago Silva is described as willing to leave Paris Saint-Germain this summer in favour of a move to Barcelona.
The Brazilian is one of a number of names to have been linked with Barca in the upcoming transfer window, as the Catalans apparently look to bolster their central defensive options.
On from that, Mundo Deportivo report today that Silva’s entourage are circulating the player’s willingness to consider any interest the Catalans may show in him.
Sporting director Leonardo and Coach Carlo Ancelotti’s respective potential departures from the Parisians in the coming weeks has reportedly played its part in determining the 28-year-old’s mindset, due to his close working relationship with both.
Silva has also previously commented that he is ‘Barcelona’s number one fan’.
