Pellegrini to replace Mancini at City

Manuel Pellegrini will take charge of Manchester City next season, according to several reports in the British Press.

The Daily Mail and The Times have revealed that Roberto Mancini will be relieved of his duties at the Etihad Stadium within the next few days, with the Malaga boss set to be drafted in over the summer.

The Italian Coach's position at the north-west side has been precarious for a while, but it seems Saturday's 1-0 loss to Wigan in the FA Cup final was the last straw.

Assistant manager Brian Kidd will take charge of City for their final League games, before Pellegrini is brought in for the start of next term.
