Branislav Ivanovic has commented that ‘everybody linked with Chelsea hopes that Jose Mourinho returns’ to the club this summer.
Mourinho, who has once more energised speculation about his future with his comments after Real Madrid’s Champions League elimination to Borussia Dortmund, has increasingly been linked with a return to Stamford Bridge.
It is a possibility that Ivanovic for one is anticipating with hope.
“Everybody linked with Chelsea hopes that Mourinho returns,” the defender told reporters this week.
“The players haven't been told whether he will return to Stamford Bridge, but we all hope that he does because he is one of the best Coaches in the world.”
