Borussia Dortmund defender Mats Hummels has claimed it is 'unbelievable' to have made the Champions League final.
The Bundesliga side lost 2-0 to Real Madrid on Tuesday evening, but went through 4-3 on aggregate.
And the centre-back has admitted it is a 'dream' to make the match at Wembley.
“The game changed when they scored late on,” he told uefa.com.
“We knew the crowd would get behind them when they scored.
“But making the final is something we dreamed of.
“It is unbelievable.
“We are really looking forward to Wembley.”
