Sahin denies AS interview

Borussia Dortmund midfielder Nuri Sahin has denied giving an interview to AS that has been published today.

In the interview, Sahin discusses his time at Madrid, the Champions League semi-final between Los Blancos and Dortmund as well as the pressure he sees the Spanish under to win La Decima.

However, in a brief statement posted on his verified Twitter account, the Turkish midfielder has suggested that the quotes are false.

“Hi friends! I haven't spoken to anyone from the AS! Have a nice day…” wrote Sahin on Wednesday morning.
