Thiago Alcantara enthused at Barcelona’s ‘complete’ performance in dispatching with Real Zaragoza on Sunday night.
La Blaugrana picked up a 3-0 result to maintain their lead at the top of the table thanks to the Spain Under-21 midfielder’s early strike followed up two from Cristiano Tello.
“Every team has a lot on the line at this point in the season and they are stronger when they play at home, that’s why we’re very pleased with today’s win,” reflected Thiago post-match.
“We were a complete team today in all aspects of the game, and the score reflects that.
“We want to win La Liga as soon as possible, but the race isn’t over yet.
“There are a lot of points still in play and we can’t assume that this is a done deal.”
