Reports this week have it that Borussia Dortmund have identified Sevilla’s Alvaro Negredo as an option to move for in the summer.
The striker, who has 17 League goals to his name so far this term, is one of a number of Sevilla’s first team being increasingly linked with a summer departure, in light of the club’s perceived requirement to sell so as to service a €50m debt.
Dortmund, who are likely to lose Robert Lewandowski in the summer, have apparently already lined up an €18m bid for the 27-year-old, with negotiations between all parties described by Marca this week as ‘advanced’.
President Jose Maria del Nido revealed earlier this week that the striker costs Sevilla €6.3m a season in wages.
