Jose Mourinho wants an annual salary of €14m and Frank Lampard to stay on at Chelsea if he is to return to west London.
The Real Madrid boss has been heavily linked with a move back to Stamford Bridge at the end of the season.
And The Mirror have claimed that the Portuguese Coach will only re-join for an astronomical salary, as well as the guarantee that Lampard will not be allowed to leave.
The England midfielder has not been offered a new contract, despite his current deal running out in June. LA Galaxy, Manchester United and several Italian sides are all rumoured to be interest in the veteran.
But Mourinho wants assurances from Roman Abramovich that the 34-year-old will be offered an extension.
