Angel Di Maria commented that ‘the whole Real Madrid team was perfect’ in dispatching of Galatasaray in their first leg Champions League quarter-final.
The capital side were comfortable winners on Wednesday evening to set up a strong advantage heading into next week’s second leg in Turkey.
“The other day we had a lot of chances and did not score, but against Galatasaray we scored them,” enthused Di Maria post-match.
“We are very happy with the win and three goals. The whole team was perfect.
“I don’t think that we're already through.
“We know they are very strong at home and score a lot of goals there. We have to do things just as well again to go through to the semi-finals.”
