Geoffrey Kondogbia says he is not intent on getting distracted by speculation linking him with a move away from Sevilla.
The Frenchman has proven a strong signing for the Andalucians last summer and, in his debut season in La Liga, has been linked with a future switch to any one of a number of Europe’s bigger clubs.
Even so, the 20-year-old has assured that his own eyes are focused only on the here and now.
“There are many players who this also happens to,” reflected Kondogbia to L’Equipe this week, about the transfer links.
“I do not like to look too far forward, I’m just focused on the next game and I do not want to get distracted by these things.”
