Valencia midfielder Dani Parejo has claimed that his team can defeat Atletico Madrid, even without star-striker Roberto Soldado.
The forward is set to miss the match against the Rojiblancos through injury, but the 23-year-old believes that Los Che have what it takes to beat Diego Simeone's men.
“Roberto is a great player,” he told terra.es. “He has shown that on more than one occasion. He is one of the best strikers in Spain.
“But we have players who can fill in who can also score goals.
“Atletico have one lost one match at home this season, so it's clear that they are a very good team.
“They are not third by chance – they have some fantastic players.
“Yet we believe that we can win there.”
