Didier Drogba believes his Galatasaray side can beat Real Madrid and go 'a step further' in the Champions League.
The Turkish side travel to Santiago Bernabeu next Wednesday in the first leg of the quarter-final clash.
And the Ivorian striker has claimed that his team can overcome Los Blancos and reach the last four.
“I'm at Galatasaray to return to the highest level of football,” he told UEFA Magazine.
“This team is well-established in Europe and have won the UEFA Cup before in the past.
“And now, with this squad, we are trying to go a step further in the Champions League.
“I have a special relationship with the competition. I have played in it for nine seasons with Marseille and Chelsea.
“The highlight of my career was lifting the trophy with Chelsea last season.”
