Manchester City star Sergio Aguero is now reportedly Real Madrid’s number one transfer objective for this summer.
The Argentine, who was reported earlier this month as interested in a return to the Spanish capital, is listed by AS today as having replaced Radamel Falcao as the club’s primary desired reinforcement for 2013-14.
Madrid have apparently lessened their interest in Falcao, currently on the books of city rivals Atletico, in favour of former Atleti man Aguero, who they did try to sign in 2011 from Los Colchoneros.
Reports in Britain over the weekend suggested that the club are prepared to make an offer upwards of €50m for the 24-year-old.
Gareth Bale, Isco and Daniel Carvajal are all also named as targets Madrid are considering to strengthen their team with in time for next term.
