Deportivo boss Fernando Vazquez has admitted that he was 'thrilled' with his side as they defeated Celta Vigo on Friday night.
Goals from Riki, Silvio and Diogo Salomao gave the Turcos a 3-1 win in the Galician derby yesterday, and the 58-year-old has insisted that the three points are vital if they are to avoid relegation.
“As I said during the week – we are running out of fuel,” he told a Press conference. “But this win will refill our tank slightly.
“I am thrilled. We have given great joy to the fans. I'm glad that they are going home happy.”
