Valverde a target for Man City – report

Manchester City could be ready to replace current Coach Roberto Mancini with Valencia boss Ernesto Valverde.

The Sunday Time have reported that the Premier League champions may turn to Los Che's tactician after being snubbed by Pep Guardiola and Manuel Pellegrini.

Ferran Soriano and Txiki Begiristain, who are directors at the Etihad, are reportedly big fans of the 49-year-old, and will try to persuade him to join over the summer.

Valverde has only been in charge at Mestalla since December, but has since guided the club to the latter stages of the Champions League and within reach of the top four.
