Alexis Sanchez has conceded that he was delighted to get on the scoresheet for Barcelona as they defeated Deportivo.
The Chile international scored only his second goal of the season as the Bluagrana beat the Turcos 2-0 at Camp Nou.
And the 24-year-old has claimed that it was a 'difficult' game against Fernando Vazquez's men.
“I am happy to have started and to have scored,” he told reporters. “But the main thing was to get the win.
“It was a strange and difficult game. We have not played the sort of game we usually play, but the important thing was to get three points.
“We have the League in our hands.”
