Roura laments poor finishing

Barcelona assistant Jordi Roura has admitted that he was disappointed with his side's finishing, despite beating Deportivo 2-0 on Saturday.

Goals from Alexis Sanchez and Lionel Messi were enough to give the Blaugrana the three points at Camp Nou.

But the Coach has insisted that they should have been out of sight before half time, whilst also commenting on the Champions League tie with Milan on Tuesday.

“We played well in the first half and could have finished off the match there,” he told a Press conference.

“But we should have been more successful in front of goal. We played with good intensity, but I wasn't happy whilst it was still 1-0.

“In the end I was satisfied – we managed to keep up our advantage at the top.

“Tuesday is another story,” he added. “It is the Champions League. I have always said that the best way to cope is to win the game beforehand.

“We go into the match with confidence.”
