Valencia midfielder Dani Parejo has claimed that his side deserved to beat Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League yesterday.
Los Che drew 1-1 at Parc des Princes on Wednesday, but lost 3-2 on aggregate in their last 16 European clash.
But the 23-year-old has insisted that his team were the better side over the two legs.
“We dominated them,” he told a Press conference. “We had the best chances, most possession and took the initiative.
“We were just missing something – we couldn't create a clear-cut chance.
“Everyone knew we had to score two goals, and we had to take risks – we are just upset that we let them back in it after going 1-0 up.”
