Roura pleased with players

Barcelona assistant Jordi Roura has insisted that he was pleased with his team's attitude, despite losing 2-1 to Real Madrid on Saturday.

Lionel Messi's first half equaliser was not enough for the three points, as a late Sergio Ramos header gave Los Blancos the win.

But the Blaugrana Coach has claimed that his men did well in tough circumstances.

“It was a very complicated match,” he told a Press conference. “It is always difficult here. The team worked hard and we had our chances.

“This is the League. We came here with a 16-point advantage and we wanted to extend that.

“But we have to be pleased with the team's attitude. It's obvious though, that the result is what counts.

“We tried to always have control of the match and I think we did that throughout most of the game.”
