Karim Benzema has revealed that he is disappointed not to be involved in Real Madrid's squad as they face Deportivo this evening.
The French striker has been ruled out because of a knee injury, and the 25-year-old has insisted that he is working hard to be back soon.
“I am sorry not to be involved in La Coruna,” he told the club's official website. “But I am working hard and looking forward to joining the team soon.
“We have a key week coming up, and I want to be involved.
“My teammates and the Coach know that I am working extremely hard to get back in top condition as soon as possible.”
