Valencia midfielder Sergio Canales has claimed that there is still hope for them in the Champions League, despite a 2-1 loss to Paris Saint-Germain.
Two first half goals from Ezequiel Lavezzi and Javier Pastore were enough to give the French side a first-leg lead.
But a late Adil Rami goal, as well as a red card for Zlatan Ibrahimovic give Ernesto Valverde's side a chance.
“It's a bad result for us, but we have hope,” he told Uefa.com. “We knew they had quality up front and they showed that.
“There's a lot left in the tie, but we know it will be difficult.
“We will look to score early in the second-leg and give ourselves a chance.”
