Jimenez highlights counter-attack

Real Zaragoza Coach Manolo Jimenez has highlighted Real Valladolid's counter-attacking strength as they face each other on Sunday.

The Blanquillos travel to Nuevo Jose Zorrilla to play Miroslavk Djukic's men tomorrow, and the 48-year-old has conceded he is aware of the threat posed by the home team.

“Valladolid will try to play out from the back,” he told a Press conference. “They have the ability to do that.

“But they can also be very dangerous on the break.

“They are a well organised side and always play every game with a genuine desire to win.”

He also commented on his own team's impressive start to the season, which has seen them sit comfortably in 13th place.

“On the whole we've been very good. To have 22 points at this stage of the season would have been unthinkable a few years ago.

“But we have to continue to demand more.”
