New Espanyol President Joan Collet has claimed that the team need to reinforce their attacking options come January.
The Periquitos have won just three games all season and sit in 18th place in La Liga, having scored 19 goals in 17 League matches.
And the recently-elected chief has admitted that they are in the market for a goalscorer.
“We need to reinforce our attack,” he told a Press conference. “That is certainly a priority. We would ideally sign a striker and another wide player.
“We have had no offers for any of our players, and we will not sell. It would have to be a very, very good bid for someone to leave.”
