‘We should have killed the game’

Real Zaragoza Coach Manolo Jimenez was restrained after the game against Granada, claiming his team 'should have killed the game'.

The Blanquillos had Helder Postiga and Victor Rodriguez to thank for the three points, as it was their early strikes that gave the Manos a 2-1 victory.

“We should have killed the game much earlier,” he told a Press conference. “Granada became much stronger later on, and we struggled with their long balls into the box.

“My team though, were comprehensive. We knew they would be difficult, but e handled them well.

“We are improving and growing as a squad, but we have to continue to fight if we don't want to suffer.”
