Romaric & Barrada banned

Real Zaragoza's N'Dri Romaric and Getafe's Abdel Barrada will both serve one match bans after their red card appeals failed.

The duo were sent off in Getafe's 1-0 win at La Romareda on Saturday, Romaric in the ninth minute, Barrada late on.

The RFEF's competition committee handed out another one match ban to Zaragoza's Alvaro Gonzalez. He was also sent off in Saturday's game, but no appeal was mounted in his case.

Other players sanctioned with one match bans for red cards or accumulation of yellows include Espanyol's Victor Alvarez, Real Betis' Benat Extebarria and Mario Alvarez, Sevilla's Alberto Botia, Athletic Bilbao's Carlos Gurpegui and Granada's Yacine Brahimi.

Real Mallorca assistant Coach Luciano Martin Toscano has been banned for three matches for throwing a ball onto the pitch without the referee's permission in the Islanders 2-1 loss to Granada.
