Eliseu has pinpointed 'humility and hard work' as the keys to Malaga's success after his brace in the 3-0 win over Anderlecht.
The Champions League newcomers tonight recorded another thoroughly impressive result by emphatically sweeping the Belgian champions aside in Brussels.
Remarkably Manuel Pellegrini's outsiders are top of Group C with a 100 per cent record after two games, two points ahead of their next opponents Milan.
“The next target is Milan,” Eliseu commented. “It was a great game. The team started a little intimidated, but then were released.
“It was important to get that goal before the break,” the Portuguese wing wizard added, referring to the first of his double, a spectacular long range volley.
“With hard work and humility you achieve things, but much work remains. We are first in the group, but must continue. We have a very important game against Milan, and against Malaga in La Liga.”
