Valencia defender Aly Cissokho has admitted he is happy with how his team performed against Lille on Tuesday night.
Los Che beat the Ligue 1 side 2-0 at Mestalla, and the 25-year-old full-back, who joined from Lyon in the summer, has conceded he is overjoyed with the three points.
“We performed well tactically,” he told uefa.com. “We're happy. I am used to playing Lille and they have lost a player like [Eden] Hazard who was 50 per cent of the team. I hope they'll be back.”
Valencia currently sit in second place in Group F, and travel to Belarus to face BATE Borisov next on October 23.
