Andres Iniesta is back to full training with Barcelona but has not been included in the squad to face Sevilla this weekend.
The Spaniard returned from the September international break with a thigh injury that saw him ruled out for two weeks.
However, the player is now back with his teammates and taking a full part in training. Even so, he has not been named in Tito Vilanova’s 18-man squad to travel south on Saturday to face Sevilla.
La Blaugrana are targeting maintaining their 100 per cent start to the season in Week 6, where a win would see them move up to 18 points and temporarily 11 ahead of rivals Real Madrid.
Adriano also misses out on the match having trained separately from the group with continued problems with a muscle injury first picked up last weekend, whilst B team players Cristian Tello and Sergi Roberto are included.
Carles Puyol, Gerard Pique, Isaac Cuenca, Marc Muniesa, Andreu Fontas, Eric Abidal and Jonathan dos Santos are all still unavailable.
Barcelona squad to play Sevilla: Valdes, Pinto, Alves, Cesc, Xavi, Villa, Alexis, Messi, Thiago, Mascherano, Bartra, Sergio Busquets, Pedro, Jordi Alba, Montoya, Song, Tello, Sergi Roberto
