Jose Mourinho has reiterated that when his time as boss at Real Madrid is over he will definitely return to England.
The Portuguese has made no secret of his desire to coach in the Premier League again after his time spent at Chelsea, and he told Sky Sports that was what he would be doing sooner or later.
“After Real Madrid I want to coach in England again. That is for sure. I keep saying the same thing. I know for certain that is where I want to be,” said the 49-year-old.
“When I talk about my future in Spain they immediately twist my words around but I can’t deny something that is obviously in my mind.”
Questioned on whether he had any preferences or would be prepared to link up with any Premier League club, he was very clear.
“In England I could coach any team, all of them. I am a [Chelsea] Blue but I am a professional,” he declared, before going on to praise the London club and in particular former striker Didier Drogba.
