Barcelona are set to make an offer for Borussia Dortmund defender Mats Hummels, according to reports in the German press.
The German international, seen as one of the most promising young centre-backs in Europe, is said to have caught the eye of the Camp Nou hierarchy.
The Blaugrana are tipped to make an offer of around €24m next summer.
According to 4-4-2.com, the 23-year-old is top of Barcelona's wish-list, despite only recently renewing his contract at Westfalenstadion until 2017.
Hummels has been a mainstay in the Dortmund side over the past three seasons, winning successive Bundesliga titles and the DFB-Pokal Cup. He was also a starter for Germany at Euro 2012.
