PSG and Anzhi weigh up Ronaldo offer

Paris Saint-Germain and Anzhi Makhachkala are interested in signing Cristiano Ronaldo, according to Mundo Deportivo.

The Portuguese superstar has stated publicly his dissatisfaction at Real Madrid, saying on Sunday: “I am unhappy at the club, and Madrid know why.” And this public outburst has caught the attention of the French and Russian outfits.

The Barcelona daily have reported that PSG sporting director Leonardo is ready to offer the 27-year-old a way out of the La Liga champions, and will in turn make him the best-paid footballer in the world. The club's chairman Sheik Tamim bin Hamid al Thani is also said to be a huge fan of Ronaldo, and is dreaming of teaming up the former Manchester United forward with Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Another club with the financial resources to offer the Portugal international a way out of the Spanish capital is Anzhi. The Dagestan-based club are currently being advised by former Los Blancos defender Roberto Carlos, who could use his contacts at the club to sway a deal.

Ronaldo scored twice as Real Madrid beat Granada 3-0 at Santiago Bernabeu on Sunday, and admitted after the game that he is thinking of leaving the club.

Rumours have surfaced that he is unhappy with the way the club have treated team mate and friend Kaka, and is also disappointed at the media's treatment of fellow countryman Fabio Coentrao.
