Striker Fernando Llorente is still absent from Athletic Bilbao’s first team, but this time through injury.
The forward has been frozen out of involvement in Athletic’s matches so far this season after failing in the summer to agree to extend his contract beyond its expiry of next June.
Whether or not the player was set to be called up to the squad, with the transfer window having now shut, will remain unknown, as the club confirmed that he is unavailable this weekend through a hamstring injury suffered in training.
Ander Herrera is also absent, having picked up a groin strain.
