Espanyol forward Alvaro Vazquez will today sign a four-year deal with Getafe, according to AS.
The Azulones will reportedly pay €5m for the 21-year-old striker, who is expected to be officially unveiled later this afternoon.
The Spain U21 international was a regular in the Periquitos first team last season, playing 28 League games and scoring five goals.
Getafe, who shocked Real Madrid 2-1 on Sunday, will travel to Deportivo La Coruna on Saturday, hoping for their first away win of the season.
The Coliseum's club's strike force will have a very youthful look to it this term, with Vazquez's fellow Spanish youth international Paco Alcacer also having arrived on loan from Valencia.
