Marseille full-back Rod Fanni’s agent has confirmed that Sevilla are interested in taking his player to the Sanchez Pizjuan.
Reports from France indicate that the 30-year-old’s preferred option would be to renew his contract with the Ligue 1 club, but his representative Dominique Six believes that could change within the next few days.
“It is possible that we will receive news of Sevilla’s interest soon. They appear to like him and Rod Fanni has the perfect profile of what they are seeking,” he told Le 10 Sport.
Several clubs, including Lille and Wigan Athletic, are understood to be interested in the French international, who numbers Martigues, Lens, Chateauroux, Nice and Rennes among his former clubs.
