Atletico Madrid and Uruguay defender Diego Godin believes his compatriot Luis Suarez is the best forward in the world.
Despite both players being in direct competition for the top prizes in Spain and Europe, the 30-year-old defender believes the Barcelona striker is ahead of all his rivals at the minute, including Atleti striker Antoine Griezmann.
"He's the best No. 9 in the world, the best striker," Godin revealed on ESPN.
"It is very difficult to mark him, since we always come up against each other.
"He is very crafty, has great movement in the area and is an extremely complicated attacker to defend against."
