The agent of Ever Banega has suggested a new contract will be agreed with Sevilla but there’s no deal yet.
Sevilla ABC contacted Marcelo Simonian to establish the situation between Los Rojiblancos and the Argentine, and the representative said there was plenty of common ground.
“We’re in good harmony and making progress,” Simonian is quoted as saying.
However, the report points out that there is interest in Banega from clubs in Germany, Italy and England, and Simonian recently returned from a ‘tour’ of Europe, on which he got to know the movers and shakers at the continent’s clubs.
