Neymar lamented his inability to score more goals during Barcelona's 5-2 victory over Athletic Bilbao on Sunday.
The Brazilian netted the Catalans' fourth goal at San Mames, with Lionel Messi helping himself to two and both Luis Suarez and Pedro Rodriguez grabbing one each, but he felt he should have been more clinical in taking his chances.
"We had a great game at a very difficult pitch against a very good team. We played our own game and won," he told reporters.
"I failed [to take my chances] repeatedly. I should've scored more, but I'm happy for my goal and the team's victory. We're now within touching distance of the leaders.
"Luis Suarez deserved [his goal]. He works hard, helps us and has earned it."
