Unai Emery believes Sevilla’s game against Rayo Vallecano is an important one for the season to come.
Los Rojiblancos travel to Vallecas and the Coach warned of a difficult task ahead, noting some of the teams that have struggled in the Madrid suburb.
“The game has important connotations for us. We have our strengths and we want to add to them,” he said, AS reports.
“We want to have everything prepared. The players have to understand the difficult of playing there. Athletic Bilbao didn’t win there and Celta Vigo lost.
“The team has to be solid at all levels. Whether we play with one striker or two against Rayo isn’t relevant.
“The positive message of the League table doesn’t distract us but we want to continue like this over the next few months.
“We have to think of every game but that doesn’t determine our position today. But we will defend what we have.”
