Ramos: Nothing to say to ‘Mourino’

Sergio Ramos sarcastically responded to Jose Mourinho after Real Madrid's win at Malaga. "I have nothing to say to the President of Celta."

The defender was recently criticised by the Chelsea manager for commenting on the fitness of Cesc Fabregas and Diego Costa, Mourinho saying Ramos ‘doesn’t have a Master’s degree in medicine’, and Ramos sparred back at the Portuguese before acknowledging Los Blancos’ 'historic' victory at La Rosaleda on Saturday.

"I have nothing to say to the President of Celta," he said to assembled journalists after the match, confusing the former Madrid boss with Carlos Mourino.

"It's an historic night, we achieved a very important record and it's a day to congratulate Ancelotti and all the staff.

"We are on the right track and there’s great harmony in the dressing room, which is fundamental to the [progress of the] team."

"We know that [La Rosaleda] is always difficult, with their team and their fans.

"They've frustrated other important teams in the past, but from the first minute we showed that we came here to win.

"The result was fair and we go home happy."
